Accurate Coating, Inc. utilizes specialty coatings developed by LVH Coatings of the U.K. They formulate and distribute coatings through ClearClad Coatings of Harvey, IL.

Our coatings are different than usual “commodity coatings” available in the market place. Coatings can be developed on a custom basis to provide special attributes for a particular customer need.

• Custom gloss or matte levels.
• Custom performance and durability requirements.
• Custom friction requirements.

State of the art production equipment is used to automate process control and the handling of parts, resulting in greater efficiencies and effectiveness

The design of our production system allows for a multitude of process cycles to be run simultaneously. Computerized process controls result in very tight part specific tolerances.

Our bath size and flexibility allow customers to select special coatings that normally may not be economically feasible for a customer to consider.

We currently offer the colors of silver and matte black on the production line, and have the capability to add a additional coatings. The addition of new colors on the fully automatic line may be dependant on the size and duration of the job. However, we can run in a semi-automatic mode using smaller tanks allowing for a custom color for smaller runs.

New coatings are developed in cooperation with our supplier Clear Clad Coatings to meet specific customer specifications. This development and testing is conducted at Clear Clad and in our own fully capable lab.
